开封阀门厂是我国阀门行业的主导厂,主要产品是高中压阀门,用于石油、化工、矿山及重型机械等部门。随着国民经济的发展,阀门的需要量越来越大,要求也越来越高(耐高温、高压、耐磨、耐腐蚀),供需之间矛盾突出。据不完全统计,国家每年至少要花2000～3000万美元从国外进口各类电站用阀门。为了实现产品更新换代,生产替代进口的产品,经中央有关部门批准,于1986年初和1987年8月,先后两次聘请日本网野阀门株式会社的8名专家,解决了一些重大技术问题,为福州电厂、谏壁电厂试制了100余台阀门,替代了进口产品,节省了40万美元的外汇,并为以后成批生产电站阀门打下了基拙,初步形成年产值500万美元的替代进口产品的生产能力。
Kaifeng Valve Factory is the leading factory in China’s valve industry. Its main products are high and medium pressure valves used in petroleum, chemical, mining and heavy machinery industries. With the development of the national economy, the demand for valves is increasing, and the requirements are getting higher and higher (high temperature, high pressure, wear resistance, corrosion resistance), and the contradiction between supply and demand is outstanding.
