各行政公署,各市、县人民政府,省政府各直属单位:根据《中华人民共和国行政复议法》(以下简称行政复议法)和《国务院办公厅关于国务院行政复议案件处理程序若干问题的通知》(国办发[2001]38号)的规定,结合省政府办理行政复议案件的实际情况,经省政府同意,现就省政府行政复议案件处理程序若干问题通知如下:
All administrative offices, municipalities and county people’s governments and provincial government units: According to the “Administrative Reconsideration Law of the People’s Republic of China” (hereinafter referred to as “Administrative Reconsideration Law”) and the “Circular of the State Council on Several Issues Concerning the Procedures for Handling Cases of Administrative Reconsideration under the State Council” State Council issued [2001] No. 38), combined with the actual situation of the provincial government for administrative reconsideration cases, with the consent of the provincial government, the provincial government administrative reconsideration case handling procedures are hereby notified as follows:
