绝经后妇女激素疗法是广大妇产科医生和绝经后妇女关注的问题,《Menopause》于2012年19卷3期发表了“2012北美绝经协会(NAMS)激素治疗立场声明”一文,该文对2010年NAMS发布的关于绝经后妇女激素疗法建议的循证立场声明进行了更新。该立场声明是由女性健康领域的临床专家和研究者组成的顾问团,在复习了2010年NAMS立场声明,评估新的证据后对建议达成的共识。NAMS理事会成员审阅了顾问团的建议,并批准其为正式的NAMS立场声明。北京大学第一医院妇产科白文佩教授组织人员对该文进行了全文翻译,本刊邀请北京协和医院张以文教授对全文进行审阅,从2013年第3期起连续3期刊出此文,本期刊出该文的第二部分,以飨读者。
