本实验的目的在了解在有对照试验的情况下观察嗜酸粒细胞数的变化,从而试图建立一种观察实验性周围血内嗜酸粒细胞增多较可靠的基础。方法将已放置在小屋内至少6天的8~10周龄正常雄性小白鼠,每天于7~16点钟用自动光源照射,平均温度为23℃。另用7周龄小白鼠每鼠感染曼氏血吸虫尾蚴75条,在感染后8~9周将鼠放置在上述条件的小屋内。从试验小白鼠的后眼眶丛和尾部采取血液,用普通白细胞或Discombe氏稀释液稀释血液,计算白细胞数和嗜酸粒细胞数,结
The purpose of this experiment was to understand the changes in the number of eosinophils observed in the presence of controlled trials and to try to establish a more reliable basis for observing experimental peripheral blood eosinophilia. Methods Normal male mice (8-10 weeks old), which had been placed in the cabin for at least 6 days, were irradiated with automatic light source every day at 7-16 o’clock with the average temperature of 23 ℃. Another 7-week-old mice infected with each of Schistosoma mansoni cercariae 75, 8 to 9 weeks after infection, the mice placed in the condition of the hut.
