代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MS)是一组复杂的代谢紊乱症候群,是多种代谢成分异常聚集的病理状态,包括(1)腹部肥胖或超重;(2)致动脉粥样硬化血脂异常:高甘油三酯(TG)血症及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)低下;(3)高血压;(4)胰岛素抗性及/或葡萄糖耐量异常.代谢综合征是导致2型糖尿病(T2DM)、心血管疾病(CVD)的危险因素,其集簇发生可能与胰岛素抵抗(IR)有关,目前已成为心内科和糖尿病医师共同关注的热点.
