贵刊2008年第16期刊登的《给员工更多情和爱》一文,让笔者感受到了企业对员工浓浓的关爱和员工对企业紧紧的凝聚。一个多种体制并存,拥有协解、退休等员工群体的公司,在今年诸多不利因素的影响下,仍能够取得上半年赢利7亿多元的好成绩,足以证明扬子石化公司员工凝聚力的强大。文章从一碗鸡汤和一扇纱窗的小事,折射出企业对员工人微的体贴。从帮助协解和退休员工,建立中方员工健康疗养特别基金,反映了企业关爱的触角无处不在。而建立一线职工和领导干部网络互动模式了解员工诉求,建立基层联系点倾听员工心声等做法,则从制度上确保了员工的意见和建议得到重视与回应。
