大棚栽培黄瓜技术 获重大突破 山东农业大学专家组成的黄瓜课题组,历经13年,对日光温室嫁接黄瓜的光合生理、抗冷生理、水分、养分、二氧化碳和植株调整等调控技术进行了系统深入研究。研究发现,以黑籽南瓜作砧木嫁接黄瓜,不仅能有效防止枯萎病,增强根系吸收能力,而且嫁接的黄瓜在弱光和低浓度二氧化碳环境下具有较强的光合效率,抗冷性较非嫁接黄瓜增强3度。
