中国钢铁工业已经基本完成工业化,实现了机械化、电气化和自动化,产量已经占世界钢铁总产量的一半。但是,随着步入后工业化时代,资源、能源问题日益突出,自然界已经难以承担严重的需求负荷,而污染和排放等环境问题,也已经达到自然界可以忍受的极限。为了实现中国钢铁工业的平衡、协调、可持续发展,研究开发适应后工业化时代的生态化的钢铁轧制技术已经迫在眉睫。依据国际上钢铁工业的发展趋势和中国钢铁工业的重大需求,结合“2011计划”中钢铁共性技术协同创新中心工艺与装备研发平台的建设,总结出后工业化时代的重要的生态化(即减量化、低碳化、数字化)轧制技术,为企业自主创新、技术改造、转型发展提供参考。
China’s steel industry has basically completed its industrialization and has achieved mechanization, electrification and automation. Production has accounted for half of the world’s steel output. However, with the gradual post-industrialization era, the issue of resources and energy has become increasingly prominent. It is hard for nature to bear the heavy load of demand. Environmental problems such as pollution and emissions have also reached the tolerable limit of nature. In order to achieve the balance, coordination and sustainable development of China’s steel industry, it is imperative to research and develop the ecological steel rolling technology adapted to the post-industrial era. According to the development trend of the international steel industry and the significant demand of the Chinese steel industry, combined with the construction of the R & D platform for process and equipment of the iron and steel common technology co-innovation center in “2011 Plan”, the important ecologicalization in the post-industrialization era Reduction, low carbonization, digital) rolling technology for independent innovation, technological transformation, transformation and development provide a reference.
