食管癌是我国常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一,发病率高,病死率在所有恶性肿瘤中居第二位,手术是其主要的治疗手段。因术前肿瘤消耗、手术创伤应激及术后禁食,患者术后以及低蛋白血症、体重明显下降等营养不良症状,以及吻合口瘘及肺部感染等并发症。为保障食管癌术后患者早期快速康复,减少并发症的发生,除了有效的呼吸道管理及早期下床活动外,加强营养支持治疗尤为重要。
Esophageal cancer is one of the common gastrointestinal malignancies in our country. The incidence rate is high, and the case fatality ranks second in all malignant tumors. Surgery is the main treatment. Due to preoperative tumor consumption, surgical trauma stress and postoperative fasting, postoperative patients and hypoproteinemia, decreased body weight and other malnutrition symptoms, and complications such as anastomotic leakage and pulmonary infection. In order to protect the early postoperative recovery of patients with esophageal cancer and reduce the incidence of complications, in addition to effective respiratory management and early ambulation, strengthening nutritional support and treatment is particularly important.
