文章基于组织网络结构视角,结合小世界网络相关理论和系统动力学对隐性知识扩散策略进行仿真和演化分析。仿真结果显示,组织提供较高水平的信任保障且采用知识势差优先的学习策略时,组织知识水平在极短时期内快速提升并且收敛,经过长期演化达到稳态时的组织知识均衡程度也最高。由此可知,有必要在组织内部淡化基于情感的个人信任,着力构建以制度为保障的组织信任来推动隐性知识在组织内部网络上的有效扩散。
Based on the organizational network structure perspective, the article simulates and evolves the diffusion strategy of tacit knowledge based on the theory of small-world networks and system dynamics. The simulation results show that when the organization provides a higher level of trust protection and adopts learning strategies with prioritized knowledge potential, the knowledge level of organization rapidly increases and converges within a very short period of time, and the equilibrium of organizational knowledge reaches the highest level after long-term evolution reaches steady state . From this we can see that it is necessary to dilute the personal trust based on emotion within the organization, and strive to build organizational trust with system as the guarantee to promote the effective diffusion of tacit knowledge on the intra-organizational network.
