目的:建立芪黄疏糖胶囊中梓醇和毛蕊花糖苷含量测定方法,为其他含地黄制剂含量测定提供参考。方法:色谱柱为Agilent HC-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱;检测波长在210 nm和334 nm间切换;流速1.0 mL/min;柱温28℃。结果:梓醇进样量在0.385~11.55μg、毛蕊花糖苷进样量在0.115~3.45μg范围内呈良好线性关系。结论:该方法准确度和重复性好,适用于芪黄疏糖胶囊中生地黄的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of catalpol and verbascoside in Qihuangshutang capsule and to provide references for the determination of other preparations containing Rehmanniae. METHODS: The mobile phase consisted of Agilent HC-C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with gradient elution with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution. The detection wavelength was switched between 210 nm and 334 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL / min ; Column temperature 28 ℃. Results: Catalpol injection ranged from 0.385 to 11.55μg, and the order of verbascoside injection was linear within the range of 0.115 ~ 3.45μg. Conclusion: The method is accurate and reproducible, and it is suitable for the determination of radix rehmanniae in Qihuangshutang capsule.
