春秋航空的发展战略是以低成本战略为核心,以目标聚集的市场战略、成本战略和其他辅助战略为手段实现其低成本高效益运营。本文运用SWOT模型对春秋航空发展战略进行分析,得出其发展战略定位准确,成本的有效控制、市场细分等优势明显,劣势主要为准点率低和服务质量较差;目前春秋航空发展机会广阔,但同时面临来自其他廉航公司和高铁网络的挑战。针对分析结论,本文指出了春秋航空未来发展的对策建议。
Spring Airlines development strategy is based on low-cost strategy as the core, with the goal of gathering market strategy, cost strategy and other supporting strategies as a means to achieve its low-cost and cost-effective operation. This paper analyzes the strategic development of Spring and Autumn Airlines using SWOT model and concludes that its development strategy is accurate and its cost is effectively controlled. The advantages such as market segmentation are obvious. The disadvantages are mainly the low punctuality rate and poor service quality. At present, there are ample opportunities for aviation development in Spring and Autumn. But at the same time face the challenge of coming from other low-cost carriers and high-speed rail networks. In view of the analysis conclusion, this paper points out the countermeasures and suggestions for the future development of Spring Airlines.
