广茉S是以广占63-4S为母本与茉莉新占进行杂交选育而成的籼型水稻温敏核不育系,以广占63-4S为对照,对广茉S的异交特性进行了研究。结果表明,与对照广占63-4S相比,广茉S的单株分蘖数增加2.2个,剑叶长度缩短5.0 cm,穗颈伸出度增加0.8 cm,包颈粒率降低5个百分点,柱头总外露率和花后2~4 d的平均柱头活力分别增加了7.3和8.8个百分点,说明利用广茉S制种有利于提高异交结实率;但由于广茉S当日开花数较广占63-4S分散,且开花高峰时的开花比例比广占63-4S少,因此,利用广茉S制种时要选择适宜的制种基地,正确使用花时调节剂,提高辅助授粉技术,从而提高制种产量。
