情绪是人对周围事物、自身以及自身活动状况给予肯定或否定的心理反应。当人的需要与欲望得到满足时则产生轻松喜悦、愉快、兴奋等积极情绪;当需要与欲望不被满足或者是受到侮辱的时候则产生紧张、愤怒、沮丧、焦虑、忧愁、憎恨等消极情绪。积极情绪一般能增强大脑的功能状态,使人的学习、工作及处事效率提高,同时能增强人体的内分泌及免疫功能,少生疾病。另外,积极的情绪还能缩短人际间的心理距离,有助于建立良好的人际关系。而消极的情绪一般是降低大脑功能,使人的活动效率下降,如“气得说不出话”、“考试紧张失常”等。同时还易引起内分泌功能失调,免疫能力
