在硫酸介质中,Cl-、Br-和I-均对KBrO3氧化靛蓝胭脂红褪色反应有催化的作用,应用于低压离子交换色谱柱后衍生法,采用光学检测器,利用分光光度法测定原理,同时分析水样中的Cl-、Br-和I-,建立了低压离子交换色谱法同时测定Cl-、Br-和I-的新方法。Cl-、Br-和I-浓度分别在0.15~35.0 mg/L,0.03~5.0 mg/L和0.1~25.0 mg/L范围内与峰高呈良好的线性关系,Cl-、Br-和I-的方法检出限分别为11.2μg/L,2.5μg/L和26.3μg/L,精密度优于2.96%。测定矿泉水,海带汁和萝卜汁加标回收率在98.61%~105.65%之间,具有较好的重现性和准确性。
