对于在摩擦、高温、腐蚀等苛刻环境中工作的机械,诸如发动机零件之类,必须进行一定的表面强化处理。对这类机械的表面处理种类繁多,应根据性能要求加以选择,才能达到预期效果。目前所采用的表面处理种类和特性列入表1中。关于发动机汽缸、活塞环、缸衬等零件,以前多采用镀铬处理。为适应在磨耗性、腐蚀性方面的更高要求,近来将 Ni—SiC 复合镀,Mo 喷镀技术用于旋转式发动机零件的处理,对耐磨性提高取得了明显效果。复合镀又叫分散镀。是一种金属基体与一种或几种固体微粒的复合技术。工艺简
For the friction in the high temperature, corrosion and other harsh environment of machinery, such as engine parts and the like, must be some surface hardening. A wide range of surface treatment of such machinery should be based on performance requirements to be selected in order to achieve the desired results. The types and characteristics of the surface treatments currently used are listed in Table 1.
