目的:研究代谢综合征虚实证型患者与MDA、SOD关系。方法:以本院124例代谢综合征(MS)患者为研究对象,按中医辨证分为虚证组56例,实证组68例,以60例正常人为对照组,测定血浆丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)的水平。结果:3组之间的MDA水平存在显著差异:实证组与健康对照组、虚证组与健康对照组比较有非常显著差异(P<0.01),但实证组与虚证组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);3组之间的SOD水平存在显著差异:实证组与健康对照组比较有非常显著差异(P<0.01),且实证组与虚证组、虚证组与健康对照组比较亦有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:MS虚实证型在脂质过氧化方面的区别主要在于抗氧化防御系统的减弱。
Objective: To study the relationship between the syndrome of deficiency and deficiency of metabolic syndrome and MDA and SOD. Methods: 124 patients with metabolic syndrome (MS) in our hospital were studied. According to syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine, 56 cases were divided into deficiency syndrome group, 68 cases in syndrome differentiation group and 60 normal individuals as control group. Plasma malondialdehyde (MDA) , Superoxide dismutase (SOD) levels. Results: The levels of MDA in the three groups were significantly different: there was a significant difference (P <0.01) between the experimental group and the healthy control group, the deficiency syndrome group and the healthy control group, but there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the deficiency syndrome group (P> 0.05). There was significant difference in the level of SOD between the three groups (P <0.01). There was a significant difference between the positive group and the healthy control group (P <0.01). Compared with the healthy control group There are also significant differences (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The difference between MS-SP mode and lipid peroxidation mainly lies in the decrease of antioxidant defense system.
