观察了高温下补充精氨酸对小鼠血清氨基酸代谢的影响,结果显示,热应激时,补充精氨酸后,21种游离氨基酸(FAA)中有18种FAA有不同程度的下降,其中谷氨酰胺和甘氨酸下降显著(P<0.05);在热习服期间补充精氨酸后,精氨酸增加10.4%,组氨酸增加23.6%,丝氨酸增加18.8%,其它FAA变化不大。血清尿素氮(SUN)含量热应激时显著高于热习服(P<0.05),而补充精氨酸的两组均不同程度低于相应的对照组。提示,高温下补充精氨酸有减少热应激时蛋白质分解代谢的作用,防止氮的丢失,促进氮的储留。
The effect of arginine supplementation on the serum amino acid metabolism in mice was observed. The results showed that 18 kinds of FAA in 21 kinds of free amino acids (FAA) Glutamine and glycine decreased significantly (P <0.05). Arginine increased by 10.4%, histidine increased by 23.6% and serine increased by 18.8% , Other FAA little change. Serum urea nitrogen (SUN) content was significantly higher than that of heat diet at heat stress (P <0.05), while arginine supplementation was lower in both groups than the corresponding control group. Tip, add arginine at high temperatures have the role of reducing protein catabolism when heat stress, to prevent the loss of nitrogen and promote nitrogen retention.
