霰粒肿与祖国医学的胞睑肿核、目疣等病相似。笔者治疗32例均用二陈汤加味,收到满意的疗效,现报道如下。药物:半夏15克、茯苓12克、陈皮12克、甘草6克、白蔹15克、浙贝10克、甲珠10克。以上为成人量,儿童减半。病案:例一、王××,男,35岁。1978年5月13日初诊。右眼有异物阻塞感一周。查:右眼睑内有绿豆大颗肿粒,边界清楚,皮色不红,无压痛,舌苔白腻,舌质淡,脉缓。投以上方四剂后,肿完全消散。
