Cr12MoV钢冷冲模凸模在制造过程中发生了断裂失效。采用直读光谱仪、金相显微镜、洛氏硬度计、体视显微镜和扫描电镜等方法对Cr12MoV钢冷冲模凸模的材料成分、显微组织、硬度和断口形貌等进行检验分析。结果表明,材料中存在严重的碳化物聚集和大块角状碳化物。原材料组织不均造成淬火组织应力过大,组织应力与随后磨削过程中产生的磨削残余应力综合作用,最终导致冷冲模开裂。
Cr12MoV steel die stamping die in the manufacturing process of failure occurred. The composition, microstructure, hardness and fracture morphology of Cr12MoV steel die were tested by direct reading spectrometer, optical microscope, Rockwell hardness tester, stereo microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that there is a serious accumulation of carbides and large horn-like carbides in the material. Unevenness of the raw material structure results in excessive stress on the quenched structure, resulting in the combined effect of the residual stress of the structure stress and the subsequent grinding process, eventually leading to the cracking of the cold die.
