目的:探讨膀胱水扩张后透明质酸钠灌注治疗女性间质性膀胱炎(IC)对其性功能的影响。方法:对23例女性IC患者行膀胱水扩张后膀胱灌注透明质酸钠治疗,采用女性性功能指数(FSFI)评价患者治疗前及治疗后6个月性功能。结果:治疗后FSFI总分较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:膀胱水扩张后透明质酸钠膀胱灌注可明显改善女性IC患者性功能。
Objective: To investigate the effect of interstitial cystitis (IC) on the sexual function of bladder after water bladder expansion. Methods: Twenty-three women with IC were treated with intravesical instillation of sodium hyaluronate after bladder water expansion. Sexual function before treatment and 6 months after treatment were evaluated using female sexual function index (FSFI). Results: After treatment, the total score of FSFI was significantly improved (P <0.05). Conclusion: Intravesical instillation of sodium hyaluronate can significantly improve the sexual function of female IC patients after bladder water expansion.
