我厂手术器械表面处理一直采用多次磨光、抛光、擦光、镀铬、光铬等工序。这些工序手工操作多,劳动强度高,原材料消耗大。在为了改进这一工艺而进行的调研中,我们了解到广大眼科医生迫切希望采用无光泽的手术器械,特别是在显微手术中更希望手术器械不产生任何反光,以避免造成视差。目前国外的手术器械生产已普遍采用无光泽工艺。为了满足临床需要,我们开始研究这一新工艺,在上海医疗器械研究所和上海手术
