利用花药离体培养诱导花粉单倍体,使之成为育种工作的一种手段,还是七十年代以来才发展起来的一种新方法。由于研究时间不长以及研究手段、材料、目的和方法等等不同,对于花粉植株后代的遗传稳定性和生活力问题出现了不同的观点。笔者认为应尽量排除干扰,避免人为的差异,力求研究材料的基础一致,才具有更多的说服力。为此,本试验采用同一单株的两种不同繁殖方式产生的后代作为研究材料,在同一条件下进行对比观察。现将结果简报于后。
Induction of pollen haploid using anther culture in vitro, making it a means of breeding work, or a new method developed since the seventies. Due to the lack of research time, different research methods, materials, purposes and methods, different perspectives have emerged on the genetic stability and viability of pollen progeny. The author believes that interference should be eliminated as much as possible to avoid artificial differences and strive to study the same material basis, only to have more convincing. To this end, the test using the same single offspring of two different breeding methods as a research material under the same conditions for comparative observation. Now the results briefed later.
