高校学生党员是大学生群体的中坚力量,学生党员队伍建设是高校党的建设的重要工程,做好新形势下的学生党员发展和管理服务工作,对于深入贯彻落实党的十八大精神,建设高素质高校学生党员队伍,培养造就中国特色社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人,具有重大而深远的意义。临床教学班是学校与医院进行的全方位、高层次、深领域的本科临床教学合作,是医药高等院校适应市场需求和改革趋势而发展的新型人才培养模式。这种新模式在使学生尽快实现与医院岗位接轨的同时也给高等院校学生党建工作方面带来了新的挑战。本文试图从临床教学班学生党员管理的现状,分析高等院校临床实习学生党员发展与管理服务中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策。

This new model in students as soon as possible with the position of the hospital while also bringing new challenges to the party construction of students in colleges and universities. This article attempts to analyze the current situation of student party members in clinical teaching classes, analyze the existing problems in the development and management of college student party members in clinical practice and put forward corresponding countermeasures.
