在企业工作几十年,我的体会是:“只有时代的企业,没有成功的企业。”为什么这么说呢?企业都想长盛不衰,但实际上我们很难看到这样的企业。一般来讲,很多企业都是昙花一现。所以,我认为没有成功的企业。如果这个企业成功了,那么,它所谓的成功,只不过是踏上了时代的节拍。所以说,企业应该是时代的企业,也就是说跟上了时代前进的步伐就是成功的企业。时代发展得非常快,哪怕你是全世界顶级的企业,如果你在一瞬间跟不上时代的发展,也可能会万劫不复。比如柯达,它曾经是全世界胶卷界的老大、霸主,但是没有踏上数码时代的节拍。柯达
