目的 :制备盐酸特拉唑嗪贴剂 ,研究其耐热、耐寒性、刺激性及透皮吸收性能。方法 :以PVA制备盐酸特拉唑嗪贴剂 ,小鼠皮为模型皮肤 ,采用Franz扩散池分别进行药物经皮释放试验和渗透试验 ,并测定了人体透皮速率。结果 :盐酸特拉唑嗪贴剂耐热和耐寒性质良好 ,对皮肤无刺激性 ,体外释放速率为 13.5 2 μg·cm-2 ·h-1,体外透皮速率为 11.87μg·cm-2 ·h-1,人体平均透皮速率为 11.2 5 μg·cm-2 ·h-1。结论 :盐酸特拉唑嗪贴剂是一种有效的控释型外用制剂
Objective: To prepare terazosin hydrochloride patch to study its heat resistance, cold resistance, irritation and transdermal absorption. METHODS: Terazosin hydrochloride patch was prepared by PVA. The skin of mice was used as the model skin. The percutaneous release and permeation test were conducted by Franz diffusion cell. The transdermal rate of human body was measured. Results: The terazosin hydrochloride patch had good heat resistance and cold resistance without skin irritation. The in vitro release rate was 13.5 2 μg · cm-2 · h-1, and the transdermal rate in vitro was 11.87 μg · cm-2 · h-1, the average human transdermal rate of 11.2 5 μg · cm-2 · h-1. Conclusion: Terazosin hydrochloride patch is an effective controlled release topical preparation
