员工的职业生涯管理对于提高企业市场竞争力、实现员工自我发展规划具有非常大的意义,而这种鉴定方法在人力资源开发与管理中的作用也非常明显。本文以供电公司为例,首先分析职业技能鉴定在企业员工职业生涯管理中的应用,继而对这一鉴定方式对于企业员工职业生涯管理中的巨大作用进行剖析,希望能够推动职业技能鉴定方法在各企业中的广泛应用。
The career management of employees is of great significance to improve the market competitiveness of enterprises and to realize the self-development plan of employees, and the appraisal method plays an obvious role in human resources development and management. This paper takes power supply company as an example. Firstly, it analyzes the application of professional skill appraisal in career management of enterprise staff, and then analyzes the great role of appraisal system in the career management of enterprise staff, hoping to promote the appraisal of vocational skills in each Wide range of applications in the enterprise.
