面对知识经济的新时代,教师肩负的任务神圣、光荣而又艰巨。老师须用科学的理论武装学生的头脑,用美德去净化每个学生的心,做学生乐学的引路人,前进路上的导航者。有些学生对自己能否成才缺乏信心,特别是成绩较差的同学,常常抱着“混日子”的想法,认为自己不是读书的料。针对这种自卑的心理,我便着力唤起他们的自信。简单的说理是难以奏效的,要让事实说话。下面以我曾担任班主任的九年级(4)班为例,谈谈我的一些粗浅见解:
The face of the new era of knowledge-based economy, the task of teachers sacred, glorious and arduous. Teachers must arm students with the scientific theory of mind, with the virtue of each student to purify the heart, as a student Lexicographer, the way forward navigator. Some students are not confident of their ability to become talented, especially those with poor grades, often holding the idea of “mixing their heads” and thinking that they are not reading materials. In response to this psychological inferiority, I will try to arouse their confidence. Simple reasoning is hard to do, let the truth speak. Let’s take a look at some of my rough ideas, taking the ninth grade (4) class I had as a class teacher.
