为进一步杜绝食物中毒,防止传染病的发生和流行,保障广大消费者的健康,威海市自1996年3月~10月对市区范围内饮食行业的食(饮)具洗刷消毒状况进行抽检,结果如下:1 材料与方法在威海市环翠区范围内.对饮食行业的食(饮)具随机抽检.用大肠菌群快速检测纸片.沾无菌生理盐水后贴于食(饮)具(包括盘、碗、酒杯)内侧,面积为5cm~2.30秒钟后取下,置于无菌塑料袋内,37℃16~18小时后观察结果.以大肠菌群阴性为合格.2 结果与分析2.1 调查饮食单位936个,其中国营、集体421个,都采用消毒柜蒸汽消毒,均有专用消毒设施;个体餐馆515个,其中501家有消毒设施,占97.28%,14家无餐具消毒设施.自述采用药物消毒和煮沸消毒.2.2 检测各类饮食业的食(饮)具8 491件,合格3 947件.合格率为46.48%.其中检测盘5 411件,合
