儿茶酚胺类(CA_s)包括肾上腺素(E)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)及多巴胺(DA),是人体内含量极微而又具有重要生理活性的激素和神经递质。测定这些物质国内外曾有报道用高效液相色谱(HPLC)、气质联用、放射免疫和酶免疫等分析方法。高效液相色谱-电化学检测法(HPLC-ED)简便、快速、灵敏而应用广泛。但由于正常人血中CA_s含量极微,采用普通的HPLG-ED法难以测得。本法采用全套国产仪器,通过建立双柱双泵的HPLC-ED系统使检测水平大为提高,最小检测量从普通的5910pmol/L减少到177pmol/L,提高了30倍以上。
Catecholamines (CA_s) include epinephrine (E), norepinephrine (NE) and dopamine (DA), which are hormones and neurotransmitters with minimal physiological activity in humans. Determination of these substances have been reported at home and abroad with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), GC / MS, radioimmunoassay and enzyme immunoassay and other analytical methods. High performance liquid chromatography - electrochemical detection (HPLC-ED) is simple, fast, sensitive and widely used.
