国家科技部重点支持的“863”计划“蔬菜分子育种技术研究和新品种选育”获得重大突破。科技人员利用分子标记开展的白菜、甘蓝、西瓜、黄瓜、甜(辣)椒等多种蔬菜和园艺作物获_批高密度的分子标记遗传图谱。利用分子标签技术培育的蔬菜杂交品种,可将育种时间从传统的3年缩短到1年,显著促进了甘蓝等显雄性不育的利用。
The “863” project “Vegetable Molecular Breeding Technology Research and Selection and Breeding of New Varieties”, which is mainly supported by the Ministry of Science and Technology, has made a major breakthrough. Scientists and technicians use batch markers of cabbage, cabbage, watermelon, cucumber, sweet pepper and other vegetables and horticultural crops to obtain high-density molecular markers. The hybridization of vegetable cultivars with molecular tagging technology can shorten the breeding time from the traditional three years to one year and significantly promote the utilization of male sterility such as cabbage.
