采煤机在综采作业中所受到的载荷具有随机性,应用模糊自适应PID控制策略,针对采煤机调高机构的几何非线性特点和采煤机作业中单向信息的采集偏差现象,对采煤机双向截割滚筒高度进行自动跟踪,并给出了单向示范刀顶板和底板的数字化模型,通过对单向示范刀记忆截割曲线跟踪控制的模拟仿真,得到误差曲线,为采煤机单向示范刀记忆调高系统的设计优化提供理论支持。
