含稀土金属聚合物保留了稀土金属的独特性质,又兼具了聚合物的优点,成为材料科学领域研究的热门之一。用含铕稀土配合物单体Eu(AA)3Phen成功地合成出含铕稀土荧光聚合物PPNEu。通过凝胶渗透色谱仪、荧光光谱仪、Zeta电位及粒度仪、透射电子显微镜等对PPNEu的结构、性能进行了表征,并考察了PPNEu与BSA的相互作用。结果表明,PPNEu具有良好的荧光性能,能与BSA通过静电作用形成一定形式的复合物,随着BSA与PPNEu质量比的不断增大,其Zeta电位逐渐从8.4mV降低到-9.8mV,且复合物的粒径不断增大。
Rare earth metal-containing polymers retain the unique properties of rare earth metals, but also combines the advantages of the polymer has become one of the hot topics in the field of materials science. The europium-containing rare earth fluorescent polymer PPNEu was successfully synthesized by using europium-containing rare earth complex monomer Eu (AA) 3Phen. The structure and properties of PPNEu were characterized by gel permeation chromatography, fluorescence spectroscopy, Zeta potential and particle size analyzer, and transmission electron microscopy. The interaction between PPNEu and BSA was also investigated. The results show that PPNEu has good fluorescence properties and can form a certain form of complex with BSA through electrostatic interaction. As the mass ratio of BSA to PPNEu increases, the zeta potential gradually decreases from 8.4mV to -9.8mV, The particle size of the material continues to increase.
