目的研究脉络宁氯化钠注射液的安全性。方法采用最大给药量试验及长期毒性试验。结果脉络宁注射液毒性极低。小鼠静脉注射1次最大给药量为420g·kg-1(生药),相当于成人一日注射剂量的251.5倍,未见动物死亡,亦未见明显器官毒性;Beagle犬连续63天静脉注射脉络宁氯化钠注射液66.8g·kg-1、33.3g·kg-1和16.7g·kg-1(生药)及停药14天后观察,未发生与药物有关的任何异常改变。结论脉络宁氯化钠注射液具有良好的安全性。
Objective To study the safety of Mailuoning Sodium Chloride Injection. Methods The maximum dose test and long-term toxicity test were used. Results Mailuoning injection was extremely toxic. The maximum dose administered intravenously to mice was 420 g·kg-1 (crude drug), which was equivalent to 251.5 times the daily dose of an adult. No animals died and no significant organ toxicity was observed. Beagle dogs were intravenously injected for 63 consecutive days. The Mailuoning Sodium Chloride Injection (66.8g·kg-1), 33.3g·kg-1 and 16.7g·kg-1 (crude drug) were observed after 14 days of discontinuation, and no abnormal drug-related changes occurred. Conclusion Mailuoning sodium chloride injection has good safety.
