针对大采高工作面易出现顶板冒落,冒落区不仅会造成液压支架空顶作业,同时易出现瓦斯积聚的情况,在分析冒落区危害的基础上,根据液压支架工作性能和工作面冒顶具体情况研发1种双液速凝充填材料,该材料具有速凝、早强、轻质和恒阻特性。材料混合后2 min失流,1 d抗压强度可达3 MPa。现场采用快速充填技术对工作面冒落区充填,保证工作面正常回采。

After 2 minutes of mixing, the flow was lost and the compressive strength at 1 day reached 3 MPa. The site uses rapid filling technology to fill the caving area to ensure the normal mining face.
