人类宣誓制度经历了从对神的敬畏到对人的责任的历史演变。从表面看,宣誓是一种形式或符号,但从其现实功能看,它肩负着职业暗示、约束规范和社会凝聚的功能。当前我国正进入全面深化改革的新时期,坚持法治国家、法治政府、法治社会一体建设协同推进,构建宣誓制度,当务之急是将其纳入立法议程,规范宣誓誓词,进一步明确宣誓的主体和时间,只有这样,才能充分发挥宣誓制度的社会价值和功能。 The human oath system has undergone a historical evolution from awe to God to responsibility to man. On the surface, oath is a form or symbol, but from its realistic function, it takes on the functions of professional cues, restraint norms and social cohesion. At present, our country is entering a new period of deepening the reform in an all-round way. We must adhere to the law-based state, the government under the rule of law and the rule of law, and promote the construction of the oath of affirmation. It is imperative that we include it in the legislative agenda, regulate the oath of affirmation and further define the subject and time of the oath. In this way, we can give full play to the social value and function of the oath system.
