企业要走向世界,特别对大中企业来说,战略的制定是非常重要的。企业战略是组织目标的体现,它表明了企业行动的总规划。为了实现组织目标,企业战略将阐明企业目前从事业务的性质或准备从事什么业务,以及企业的基本目标。因此,企业战略计划工作就是发展制定战略的过程。西方企业在产生与制定战略的过程中,一般需要经过4个步骤:决定战略目标、分析环境因素、分析组织状况以及对组织与环境进行协调。
Enterprises must go global, especially for large and medium-sized enterprises, the formulation of strategies is very important. Corporate strategy is the embodiment of organizational goals. It shows the general plan for corporate actions. In order to achieve the organizational goals, the corporate strategy will clarify the nature of the business currently engaged in the business or ready to engage in what business, and the company’s basic goals. Therefore, corporate strategic planning is the process of developing a strategy. In the process of generating and formulating strategies, Western companies generally need to go through four steps: determine strategic objectives, analyze environmental factors, analyze organizational conditions, and coordinate the organization and the environment.
