以千屈菜和黄花鸢尾为试材,采用不同质量浓度(0、2 500、5 000、10 000、15 000mg/L)的NaCl溶液对千屈菜及黄花鸢尾种子分别进行盐胁迫处理后,测定种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、种子活力等指标值,研究了盐胁迫对千屈菜及黄花鸢尾种子萌发的影响。结果表明:随着盐浓度的增大,千屈菜和黄花鸢尾种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、种子活力等指数均呈现下降趋势,种子各项指标降幅均表现为千屈菜<黄花鸢尾;在种子萌发初期,千屈菜种子胚根对盐分胁迫的敏感程度大于胚芽,胚根生长受阻,而黄花鸢尾种子胚芽对盐分胁迫的敏感程度大于胚根,胚芽生长受阻。
In order to study the effects of salt stress on the population of Lythrum inflorescence and Lythrum iridum in NaCl solution with different mass concentrations (0, 2, 500, 5, 000, 10 000 and 15 000 mg / L) The seed germination rate, germination potential, germination index, seed vigor and other index values were measured to study the effects of salt stress on the seed germination of Lythraceum and Iris. At the early stage of seed germination, the sensitivity of L. japonica radicle to salt stress was greater than that of germ, but the growth of radicle was blocked. However, the sensitivity of I. amurensis seed germ to salt stress was greater than that of radicle and the growth of embryo was blocked.
