文章总结了推行《温岭市聋哑学校学生日常行为规范达标活动实施方案》的经验。制定该方案的指导方针是:提高认识,明确目标;整体设计,落实具体;强化训练,分类指导;坚持实践,不断完善。遵循了:整体性、直观性、参与性、实践性、比较性、差异性六条基本原则。要求实施过程中在提高学生道德认识的前提下,把规范训练落到实处,达到知与行的统一。方案推行一年来已取得较好成绩,受到领导及家长普遍赞誉。
The article summed up the implementation of “Wenling deaf-mute school students’ daily behavior standards implementation plan”. The guidelines for the development of the program are as follows: to raise awareness and clarify goals; to design and carry out the overall design; to strengthen training and guidance of classification; to stick to practice and continuously improve. Followed: the integrity, intuitive, participatory, practical, comparative, the six basic principles of diversity. Requirements of the implementation process to improve students’ moral understanding under the premise of standardized training to the bottom, to achieve the unity of knowledge and practice. The program has achieved good results in the past year and is widely praised by leaders and parents.
