为探讨糖尿病患者尿白蛋白排泄率 (AER)与骨密度 (BMD)的相关性 ,测定了 10 6例糖尿病患者和 2 0例正常人 (对照组 ) 2 4小时 AER,根据糖尿病患者 AER分为 组即正常蛋白尿组、 组即微量白蛋白尿组、 组即大量白蛋白尿组 ,并分别测定其 L2~ 4椎体、股骨近端 BMD。结果显示 ,除 、 组男性患者腰椎 BMD与对照组无明显差异外 ,其余各组、各部位 BMD与对照组相比均明显下降 (P<0 .0 1) ;男女糖尿病 AER正常患者分别与同性别对照组相比 ,其 BMD亦降低 (P<0 .0 1)。糖尿病患者中 , 组 BMD明显低于 、 组 (P<0 .0 5 )。提示糖尿病肾病患者 BMD比正常人低 ,大量蛋白尿组 BMD较其它组显著下降。
In order to explore the correlation between urinary albumin excretion rate (AER) and bone mineral density (BMD) in patients with diabetes mellitus, 24 hours of AER were determined in 106 patients with diabetes and 20 normal subjects (control group) Group that is normal proteinuria, microalbuminuria group that group, that is a large albuminuria group, and were measured L2 ~ 4 vertebral body, proximal femur BMD. The results showed that in addition to the group of male patients with lumbar spine BMD and the control group no significant difference, the other groups, all parts of the BMD compared with the control group were significantly decreased (P <0.01); male and female AER normal diabetic patients with the same BMD was also lower in the sex control group (P <0.01). In diabetic patients, the BMD in the group was significantly lower than that in the group (P <0.05). These results suggest that BMD in patients with diabetic nephropathy is lower than that in normal subjects, and BMD in large amounts of proteinuria is significantly lower than other groups.
