目的 :检测分析宁夏地区学龄儿童血清微量元素锌的含量。方法 :采用原子吸收分光光度计对宁夏地区 2 1 96名学龄儿童血清微量元素锌进行测定。结果 :被测学龄儿童血清锌含量为 75.86±2 3 .2 0 μg/dl。男童血清锌值高于女童 ( P >0 0 5) ;汉族高于其他少数民族 (P <0 0 0 1 ) ;吴忠市高于银川市和石嘴山市 (P <0 0 0 1 )。结论 :此数据对评估本地区儿童锌营养状况有参考意义。
Objective: To detect and analyze the content of serum trace element zinc in school-age children in Ningxia. Methods: Serum trace element zinc was measured by atomic absorption spectrophotometer in 2196 schoolchildren in Ningxia. Results: The serum zinc content of school-age children tested was 75.86 ± 2.30 μg / dl. The serum zinc value of boys was higher than that of girls (P> 0.05); Han people were higher than other ethnic minorities (P <0.01); Wuzhong was higher than Yinchuan and Shizuishan (P <0.01). Conclusion: This data is useful for assessing zinc nutrition in children in this area.
