肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)是临床上最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。近年来,肝癌患者的总体生存率提高不明显,主要是肝癌患者起病隐匿、进展迅速,70%~80%的患者就诊时已处于中晚期,肿瘤侵犯门静脉并形成门静脉癌栓(portal vein tumor thrombus,PVTT)的发生率高。为了研究PVTT的发生机制及寻找有效的干预治疗措施,众多学者对PVTT的发生机制进行了一系列探索性研究,该文就PVTT发生机制的相关分子生物学研究进展进行综述。
