在甲状腺疾病中,患者常以发现甲状腺肿块而就诊。随着医学超声的发展,灰阶超声已成为甲状腺疾病的一种重要诊断方法。近年来又产生了用直方图对回声强度进行定量分析(1.2)。现将我院1984.10～1986.12间经手术病理证实的几种常见的甲状腺肿块疾病共174例的灰阶超声图象和直方图分析于下。
In thyroid disease, patients often find a thyroid mass and seek treatment. With the development of medical ultrasound, gray-scale ultrasound has become an important diagnostic method for thyroid disease. In recent years, echogenicity has been quantitatively analyzed using a histogram (1.2). A total of 174 gray-scale ultrasound images and histograms of several common thyroid mass diseases confirmed by pathology from 1984.10 to 1986.12 were analyzed.
