电力工程是我国经济发展过程中不可或缺的重要能源工程类型,为我国经济发展和社会建设提供了基础的能源供应,国家对于电力工程的资金投入也随着社会建设的展开而逐年增多。但是值得注意的是,当前电力工程施工过程中针对电力工程的造价管理工作仍然存在着诸多问题,造成电力工程在建设使用的过程中经常出现建设完就改造、改造完就升级的现象,对电力工程的性能发挥和正常使用造成了非常不利的影响。将全寿命周期管理模式应用在电力工程的造价管理工作中,能够有效的避免电力工程造价管理出现上述现象,有效的提升电力工程建设使用过程中的使用效率。本文将对电力工程造价的全寿命周期管理措施进行具体的分析和阐述。
