根据北部湾经济区开发对人才的需求,对北部湾经济区高职院校专业设置存在的问题,以及导致这些问题的内外部因素进行了深入剖析。得出了以下结论:北部湾经济区高职院校应密切关注北部湾经济区发展与人才需求的新变化,在专业建设过程中,必须要适应区域经济需求,所设专业应具有针对性,及时调整专业布局,优化专业结构,立足于地方经济创建特色专业,以满足和促进北部湾经济区的发展。
