目的了解学校食堂的卫生状况,有效的预防食物中毒发生。方法对学校食堂的进行卫生学调查,并对食品原料进行快速检测。结果学校食堂硬件设施投入不足,加工环境需要进一步改善,从业人员素质需要进一步提高,管理制度需落实到位。结论加强对学校食堂的预防性卫生监督,推行集中采购制度,严格执法,是保证学生饮食安全的有力措施。
Objective To understand the health status of school canteens and prevent food poisoning effectively. Methods Hygienic investigation of school canteens and fast detection of food raw materials. Results The school cafeteria hardware facilities inadequate investment, the processing environment needs to be further improved, the quality of employees need to be further improved, the management system needs to be put in place. Conclusion To strengthen the preventive health supervision of school canteens, promote centralized purchasing system and strictly enforce the law is a powerful measure to ensure the safety of students’ diet.
