任丘市对182名到村任职干部实行了“一书、一册、两表、两卡、一档”管理。“一书”即《选派干部职工到村任职工作目标责任书》,由乡镇党委下派干部签订,一式二份,一份由乡镇党委保存,一份由市选派办存档。据此,每半年对下派人员目标完成情况由乡镇党委进行一次初评,年末由市考核小组进行总评。“一册”即《到村任职干部职工工作记录册》,每村一册,由村党支部确之专人对到村任职干部职工的工作情况进行记录,既可按工作日逐日记录,也可按工作连项记载。工作记录是市委对到村任职干部督查和考核必须查阅的基础资料。“两表”即《干部职工任职情况登记表》和《到村任职干部职工考勤表》。《登记表》要求到村任职干部职工进村后,将任职村经济、党建、精神文明建设现状以及存在的主要问题登记入表,报市选派
