花生营养丰富,富含蛋白质和脂肪。花生含有25%~36%的蛋白,花生蛋白富含多种人体所必需的氨基酸,消化吸收率高,且不含胆固醇,是一种优质植物蛋白。高蛋白花生新品种的选育与应用,对缓解我国蛋白短缺有重要意义。为满足生产和市场需求,我们采用有性杂交育种方法,经多代选择,育成了高产、抗病的高蛋白花生新品种泉花27。2012年分别通过江西省农作物品种审定委员会品种认定和广西壮族自治区农作物品种审定委员会品种审定。

In 2012, we approved the identification of Jiangxi Province Crop Variety Approval Committee and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Crop Variety Approval Committee species validation.
