目的分析检验科在医院感染工作中的管理现状及存在的问题,并提出相应的解决对策。方法对检验科在医院感染工作中出现的问题进行分析,尤其在制度、防护措施等重要环节进行分析。结果检验科对于医院感染的控制尚存在不足,制定并严格落实科室预防医院感染措施,定期组织全科人员进行预防医院感染的理论培训,并对实习、进修等科室新上岗人员进行医院感染基本知识、操作技能的培训,提高检验科全体人员控制医院感染的意识和能力。结论改进与完善检验科管理体系,建立高效、系统的医院感染预防系统对于整个医院都具有重要意义。
Objective To analyze the status quo and existing problems of the management of laboratory infection in the hospital and to put forward corresponding solutions. Methods Analyzed the problems that occurred in the laboratory infection in the laboratory, especially in the important links such as system, protective measures and so on. Results The examination department has not enough control over the hospital infection. The departments of prevention and control of nosocomial infections were formulated and strictly implemented. Periodic training of general practitioners on theoretical training in hospital infection prevention was conducted. Basic knowledge of nosocomial infection , Operational skills training to improve the laboratory staff to control the awareness and ability of hospital infection. Conclusion It is of great significance to the hospital as a whole to improve and perfect the management system of clinical laboratory and establish an effective and systematic nosocomial infection prevention system.
