高职院校毕业生目前已构成一个特殊的创业群体,但该群体在创业过程中常常会陷入各种困境,只有具备了创业胜任力的人才才有可能走向成功。本文以欧美流行的能力本位教育理念为指导,以“创业技能实训”课程为例,参照美国的《创业教育国家内容标准》,对如何设定DACUM职业分析表、如何进行教学安排做了具体的设计,并对高职院校的创业教育教学提出了几点思考。
At present, the graduates of higher vocational colleges have formed a special entrepreneurial group, but the group often plunges into various difficulties during the process of starting an undertaking. Only those who possess the entrepreneurial competencies are likely to succeed. This essay is guided by the concept of competency-based education in Europe and the United States. Taking the course of “Entrepreneurship Skills Training” as an example and referring to the “National Content Standards for Entrepreneurship Education” in the United States, this article analyzes how to set up a DACUM career analysis form and how to make teaching arrangements The specific design, and vocational education in entrepreneurship education put forward a few ponders.
